As we left, the line for tables was extra long, but bar area was almost deserted so clients may not have been directed that way. This Northern Italian steakhouse offers Easter brunch, with options like French toast, frittatas, and Filet mignon. The 3 Little Pigs appetiser as a main dish was super tasty and very filling. Beer on tap was fabulous! Salmon dinner on the small size for the price (came with no sides), and a bit bland tasting. the taste lingered and lingered in your mouth. We had pita bread as an appetiser and it was far too garlic tasting for us. There were lots of families leaving at that hour, so our table was availlable in 15 minutes.which was an awesome surprise. Arrived at 7pm, and told the wait was 45 minutes, so we sat in the bar among couples and groups of singles. 2nd excursion was on a Saturday night with hubby and 7 year old. More women than men during the lunch time frame. 1st time was a "ladies who lunch" outing with fresh salads, great service, fun times.lots of moms with little ones, but also many business people. But I would definitely stop in if over there for some crack cake to go. I would be willing to come back here to try the food but for their prices, service, and the distance from our just may not happen unless I'm in that part of the metroplex and with people who insist on going there. We had to ask another waiter to find her so we could get our check. Ok, now we're ready to leave and again, the waitress was nowhere to be found. $8 for that as well, never mind that it was enough for 2.or 3. Now back to that whiskey cake.ok, best cake I've had but again, overpriced. My husband ordered a really nice stout on tap but I really think $8 for a pint was an overcharge. I could've died of thirst before we got it. Wanted water to start with as we settled in. I mean really-we were there past the usual dinner rush but we still had to wait a while before the waitress came by the first time. Wish I could say the same for the service. Disclaimer: We were only there for the whiskey cake (or you could call it "crack cake") so this is all the review is about.
